1 large container of gluten free plain Greek yogurt (I love Oikos)
2 TBSP lemon curd
2 TBSP honey
sprinkle of Lemon zest
A variety of fresh fruit for dipping (strawberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, grapes, blackberries)

Okay y’all, I’ve never been a huge fan of yogurt dip. But one day, I discovered this lemon curd combo and I’m telling you, it’s lick your lips delicious. It’s healthy, addictive and excellent with fresh summer fruits such as melons, grapes and berries. I think it pairs with honeydew like magic. It takes a ripe honeydew and literally just gives it pizazz! To make this is so easy. You just whip all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Serve up with fresh fruit and enjoy! It’s seriously that easy. If the lemon curd is cold out of the fridge or just needs a little softening, add the lemon curd and honey to the microwave for 15-20 seconds. That’s it. Make is just soft enough to blend easily into that yogurt. Sprinkle with shavings of lemon peel. I’m telling you, I can’t eve stop eating it. And my favorite is serving this with honeydew. YUM! Oh and Greek yogurt is important here. Its thick, tangy and delicious and it just makes this dip perfect. I can’t wait for you to try it! And if you have any leftover, and that’s very unlikely, just store it in the fridge until the yogurt is expired. That’s a great tasty treat right out of the fridge anytime!
